5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and suspension of services.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of any service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softbridge Digital Solutions Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Service Level Agreements
Specific service level commitments, including uptime guarantees and support response times, will be detailed in individual service agreements. We strive to provide reliable and consistent service delivery.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in that agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the 'Last updated' date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Softbridge Digital Solutions Limited is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
